At eStaged Homes, we recently had the pleasure of staging a luxurious property located at 170 Morris Ave. Our team was hired by the realtor listing the home to provide a Silver Home Staging package that would showcase the property’s full potential. Our goal was to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that would appeal to potential buyers and help the home sell quickly and for the best price possible.
Staging the Foyer
In the foyer, we wanted to create a grand entrance that would set the tone for the rest of the home. We started by adding a beautiful area rug to anchor the space and create a sense of warmth. We then added removed clutter, repainted the space and added a space appropriate bench. Finally, we added some decorative accents such as a vase with fresh flowers to make the space feel polished and complete.

Staging the Kitchen
In the kitchen, our goal was to create a space that was both functional and beautiful. We started by decluttering the countertops and removing extra items on shelving. We then added some decorative accents such as a bowl of fresh fruit and fresh herbs to add some color and life to the room. We also arranged kitchen accessories in simple groupings to give a clean, organized look to the space.

Staging the Living Room
The living room was a large and open space that needed some help feeling bright and inviting. We started by repainting the space in a lighter color and removing clutter and extra furniture. We then created a seating area around the fireplace with a comfortable sofa and chairs. We then added some decorative pillows, space appropriate art work and accessories to add some interest and color.

Staging the Family Room
The family room was a more casual space where the family could relax and spend time together. We wanted to show this space as bright and fun with so much natural light. We needed to remove a very dark rug that overtook the space. We then removed extra clutter including the tablecloth and extra furniture. We also arranged the pillows neatly on the furniture keeping the space feeling clean and bright. Finally, we added some decorative accents such as a plant and some decorative books to make the space feel polished and complete.

Staging the Home Office
In the office, our goal was to create a space that was both functional and stylish. We started by removing clutter and unnecessary items from the room. This included extra chairs and a huge fish tank. We then added a desk with a comfortable chair and a game table with chess set and 2 beautiful chairs to create a functional, attractive workspace. We also arranged the built-in bookcases to show off the functionality and charm of this space.

In Conclusion…
Overall, the process of staging 170 Morris Ave was a rewarding experience for the eStaged Homes team. By carefully evaluating each room and identifying areas for improvement, we were able to create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. We’re confident that our updates will help potential buyers envision themselves living in this luxurious property and will ultimately help to sell the home faster and for the best price possible.
