We recently had the opportunity to stage a beautiful property located at 470 Morris Avenue in Boonton, NJ. This stunning home had a lot of potential, but it needed some help in showcasing its true beauty and charm. Through careful planning and creative design, We were able to transform the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and outdoor patio into inviting and welcoming spaces that would appeal to potential buyers.
Staging the Living Room
The first step in the staging process was to evaluate the home’s current state and identify areas that needed improvement. In the living room, for example, the space felt cluttered and disorganized. The furniture layout was awkward, and the decor was outdated. To address these issues, We started by decluttering and removing any unnecessary items. We then rearranged the furniture to create a more functional and inviting seating area. To add some warmth and texture, we brought in a cozy area rug, throw pillows, and decorative accents.

Staging the Dining Room
Moving onto the dining room, we wanted to create a space that felt elegant and sophisticated, but also warm and inviting. We started by removing any clutter and outdated decor, and then added a statement chandelier to add some drama and elegance. We chose a neutral color palette with pops of greenery to add some life and freshness to the space.

Staging the Kitchen
In the kitchen and breakfast area, we focused on creating a bright and airy atmosphere. We started by decluttering and organizing the space, and then added some fresh flowers and greenery to add some color and life to the area. To make the space feel more open and welcoming, we also removed any bulky or unnecessary furniture and replaced it with more streamlined pieces.

Staging the Outdoor Patio
Finally, we turned my attention to the outdoor patio, which had the potential to be a stunning outdoor living space. We started by cleaning and decluttering the space, and then added some comfortable outdoor seating to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. To add some personality and charm to the space, We also added some outdoor lighting, decorative accents, and potted plants.
